RefectoCil Eyelash Dye, deep black

Thanks to the new, optimised formula, RefectoCil No. 1 now tints deep blacker than black, resulting in richer and more intense lashes than ever before, longer and more voluminous lashes, smudge and waterproof for up to 6 weeks

STEP 1: Preparation Remove
contact lenses.
Clean the eye area with the oil-free, eyelash strengthening RefectoCil Eye Make-Up Remover.
For optimum results, use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove any residue from the eye area. Use
RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream with lash pads or silicone pads according to instructions.

STEP 2: Stir & Apply
2cm Color with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream freshly to a creamy paste mix.
Then apply to eyebrows and eyelashes.

STEP 3:
Lash exposure time: 10 minutes.
Brewing: 10 minutes.

STEP 4: Ready!
Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
